Equipment developed for feeding blanks into the production line.

The equipment consists of removing the blank from a destacker and transferring it to the production line or vice versa, removing it from the production line and stacking it on pallets.

The equipment features a reinforced beam structure made of steel plates with machined alignment bases. Its movements are controlled by servo motors, linear guides, a skid, gears, and racks. The blanks are attached to the system using pneumatic suction cups, providing greater safety and stability during transfer.

The equipment removes and stacks the doors and panels on both sides of the production line output. Its commands are controlled by a PLC, which intelligently determines the correct positioning for the doors and panels, alternating sides as needed.
